However, the exact channel lineup and VOD catalog are subject to change at any time without notice due to broadcasting rights, server updates, and content availability.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Epix IPTV operates on a prepaid subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription plan (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months), you agree to pay the listed price for the chosen duration and connection limit.

• Connection Limits: Your subscription determines how many devices can stream simultaneously. Using the Service on more devices than your plan allows will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly set up by the user via our payment gateway. You must purchase a new plan or renew your existing plan manually to maintain service.
• Currency: All payments are processed in USD ($) unless otherwise specified at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Epix IPTV solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling, restreaming, or broadcasting our content to the public or third parties.
• Sharing your login credentials (username, password, M3U link, or API details) with individuals outside of your household.
• Using VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic restrictions if explicitly blocked by our network, though standard VPN use for privacy is generally supported.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload our servers.

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate, permanent ban without refund.

5. Quality of Service and Uptime

While Epix IPTV strives to provide a 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The quality and continuous availability of the streams depend heavily on external factors out of our control, including:

• Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) speed and throttling practices.
• The performance and network capabilities of your streaming device (Smart TV, Firestick, Android box, etc.).
• Global internet routing issues or localized outages.

Occasional buffering or downtime for server maintenance is normal in the IPTV industry and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, and content streamed remain the property of their respective copyright owners. If you believe any content infringes upon your copyright, please contact us immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epix IPTV, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current active subscription period.
